He managed large multifunctional teams of over 1,000 people through both growth and transformation. Richard will work closely with David Evans, joint CEO of Collinson Group, to continue the organisation's global expansion, and help develop high performing teams in a collaborative and energising work environment. He will lead a team of around 500 people across Collinson Group's key European territories consisting of France, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, Benelux and the Nordics.
