According to Allen, ALA's growth by acquisition plan is to achieve consolidated annual revenues of >$500M - with the first acquisitions targeted to be completed by Q3-2015, followed by a series of additional acquisitions over a period of 3-5 years. This objective will be accomplished via acquisitions where cost optimization will increase profitability while improving and growing delivery capacity.
