EUROWIESN NIGHT - Wiener Wiesn Fest Celebrates Europe's Largest Traditional Costume Party

- VIENNA, May 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Live music, tradition and customs, celebrating together and a good portion of joie de vivre  - all this in glorious traditional attire: these are the cornerstones of the Wiener Wiesn Fest that dovetail perfectly into this year's Eurovision Song Contest slogan "Building Bridges". Enough for the Wiesn Fest to welcome people to its EUROWIESN NIGHT - Europe's largest traditional costume party at the Lower Belvedere on 14th May.  All the delegations at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 will be invited to the EUROWIESN NIGHT to celebrate Europe's largest traditional costume party under the slogan: "beautiful, colourful, traditional - your country, your style". The historic surroundings of the Lower Belvedere will serve as the location for this extraordinary spectacle. "Just like the Eurovision Song Contest, the Wiener Wiesn Fest stands for building bridges - from the traditional to the modern and between people and nations. Our Wiener Wiesn should bring people together and stand for what they have in common. In addition to this amazing start, there will be a first international day held together with the UN as the closing event of the Wiesn Fest this year," said Christian Feldhofer and Claudia Wiesner, Organiser of the Wiener Wiesn Fest. Wiener Wiesn Fest 2015 from 24th of September to 11th of October  The Wiener Wiesn Fest begins each day at 11:30 a.m. "All tents can be visited free of charge up until 6:00 p.m.," said Christian Feldhofer and Claudia Wiesner. Top concerts and three hours of live music by the best party bands, starting at 6:30 p.m. Acts such as Die Münchener Freiheit and DJ Ötzi & Band will also perform at the Wiesn Fest party.
