- The Forum annually brings together ministers of justice, chairpersons of constitutional courts, secretary generals of international organizations, heads of leading legal firms, chief legal officers of major companies, representatives of state regulators, international organizations and legal schools from over 80 countries. Over 400 members of the media representing more than 100 organizations, including leading information agencies, TV and radio broadcasting companies, printed and online media, were accredited to cover the Forum-2015. The Forum's programme includes a plenary session titled Trust in Law- Mechanism for Global Crisis Resolution, presentations, conferences and round-table discussions focusing on the following eight topics: On May 17 the Forum will feature an international conference titled Contemporary Constitutional Justice: Challenges and Prospects in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The heads of international organizations, judges of the ECHR and chairpersons of constitutional courts have already confirmed their participation. The Forum is organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation with the support of the President of the Russian Federation and will be held in the Eastern Wing of the General Staff Building of the Hermitage Museum.
